Our role during the Shift

Our world is currently going through a phase of transition. The transitory processes are in full swing. We can see these processes in surfacing of scams and revolts worldwide.
The conscience of the ordinary man has been stirred. And there is no going back. The changes that result from the transitory processes are permanent.

What is the role of us, the meditators during these times?
We are required to support these processes.

How to support them?
Very simple – meditate, positivise, reject all that is negative and channel Light. If you can do this, you will be participating in the greatest revolution the earth has ever seen.

In addition to following these, we have to help others do all this. We have to awaken and help others awaken to the present realities, awaken them to their true potential.
Spirituality is growing towards perfection. This includes helping others grow towards perfection. To be fully Spiritual, we also have to help others grow.
We have to share everything with others, whether it is material wealth, Spiritual wealth, energies, knowledge or hope. This is a Spiritual law. We have to manifest love, and help others manifest love.
We must realize that if we do not awaken and participate in the work, the world will not wait for us and we will miss the opportunity.
Channel Light for at least 7 minutes daily, from anywhere, at anytime. Heal yourself. Heal the World.

Question: How to experience Light?
Answer: I wish I could tell you. There is no technique. But I can give you some hints. Visualize a huge brightness like Sun, and yourself as a part of it as a small globe of Light. Then visualize yourself expanding limitlessly. You will experience Light. I cannot tell you how to experience Light at that point but you will be able to experience Light. Be aware of the experience.

Question: Is the experience of Light the experience of Samadhi?
Answer: In Samadhi we experience the undivided Ocean of Consciousness. After that we experience the Light. Experiencing the Light is the next step.

Question: What is preventing us from experiencing the Light?
Answer: A lack of seriousness and effort prevent us from experiencing Light. In some cases, it is a lack of clarity about the goal or an attitude of indifference towards Light.
If you experience Light, you will reach the highest spiritually. If there is a lack of conviction about this, we will not be making proper efforts and we cannot experience the Light.

Question: Is experiencing Light alone enough to progress spiritually?
Answer: Yes. But it is not just imagining that we are experiencing Light. We have to take it very seriously. It is not even experiencing Light for a few minutes. We have to experience the Light for a minimum of three hours a day and carry It whenever possible. We must experience the Light intensely. This depends on our efforts.

Question: Can we send energies to Light Itself?
Answer: Everything and all energies come from Light. So, instead of energies, send love to Light. Love is the only thing that is ours.

                                                      WORLD CHANNELS DAY                                                                Bringing more Light to our beleaguered world was Guruji Krishnananda’s vision. He introduced the Light Channels World Movement or the Revolution by Light to achieve this in 2008. World Channels Day is celebrated to mark 1st of February which is the birth anniversary of Guruji Krishnananda’s Guru – Maharshi Amara. He was a great Spiritual Master, and the success of the World Channels Day is a gift to him from the students of Guruji Krishnananda. Light Channelling is a non-religious, non-profit, Spiritual, self-help technique for all age groups. Many all over the World channel Light daily. To assure a bright future, it was considered ideal to reach out to school children in a systematic way and teach the Light Channelling technique to them. While the regular Light Channels Volunteers make the Revolution by Light a huge success all year round, on World Channels Day, more Volunteers join in the mission. Due to this, innumerable adults and more than 27,00,000 school children have channelled Light so far. We all ARE One

A person called me and said she was very much agitated for no reason. She could meditate but somehow she was not comfortable at any level.

When I tried to understand the source of her discomfort and agitation, I found very unusual energies in her. When I tried to find the source of these energies, I traced them to Haiti where an earthquake had occurred very recently! A lot of pain was being experienced there.

I cleared those energies, gave her a boost of very positive energies, and she was alright.

When I tried to understand more about this, it was revealed that the Rishis (Light Masters) removed more than 50% of the vibrations coming from the pain and the unimaginable suffering in Haiti.

The Rishis explained that the remainder of the pain had to be shared by every individual on this earth; each individual must somehow manage this pain.

Whenever such a disaster happens somewhere on earth, we presume we have nothing to do with it. We must realise that we all are One and we have to share the world’s pain. And the world too will share our pain.

With so many disasters happening and so much pain being generated in our world, how do we deal with it?

Meditate every day, meditate more, channel more Light to the whole world and send more Light to the people affected by the disasters.

To channel Light, imagine an ocean of Light above, fill yourself with that Light first, and then after experiencing the Light for a few minutes, let the Light go out and fill the world for at least 7 minutes. Do this with great love.

Tomorrow (27.02.2014) is the Sacred day of Maha Shivaratri. At midnight tomorrow, the Great Rishis (Light Masters) travel to the Divine Plane of Lord Shiva and bring a part of Him with them to our earth. So, Lord Shiva literally comes down to earth.

Lord Shiva is generally known as the Destroyer, because His energies are required for the destructive processes of the Cosmos. But the energies of Creation and Sustenance are also in Him.

On the following morning before Sunrise, Lord Shiva enters every house as a ray of Light. His Divine Energies will be available on this earth as Light for ten days.

The Rishis apprise Lord Shiva of the Spiritual condition of this earth and its people. Based on this, Lord Shiva may give instructions to the Rishis, who are the administrators of this earth.

On the first day of Shivaratri, there is a custom of staying awake through the night. This practice is called ‘Jagarana’ in Sanskrit, which literally means, not sleeping. Just staying awake one night does not help us spiritually in any way.

‘Jagarana’ is not about sleep deprivation. It is to be understood as Being Aware or Awakening. It is being aware of the Presence of Lord Shiva on earth.

During the ten days of Lord Shiva’s stay on earth, we can absorb more of His energies by meditating and channelling Light more, and also by trying to be aware of His energies and His Presence throughout the day.

May the Lord’s Divine energies destroy all the negativity and ignorance in us and help us awaken.

THE 4TH WORLD CHANNELS DAY – 2014

In the early morning hour of 6AM on 31st January 2014, about 160 Light Channels Volunteers all over India, channelled Light to receive Grace from the invisible fraternity of the Light Masters or Rishis. After the seven minutes of blissful Oneness with Light, the messengers of Light started the World Channels Day.

More than One Million channelled Light by the end of this day. Bringing more Light to our beleaguered world was Guruji Krishnananda’s vision; and the selfless Volunteers made it happen. World Channels Day is celebrated to mark Maharshi Amara’s birthday. 1st February 2014 was the 95th birth anniversary of the great Spiritual Master and the achievement was a gift to him from the students of Guruji Krishnananda.

Meticulous planning for the big day started more than five weeks in advance. While the bulk of the one million who channelled Light were school students and teachers, many Meditators from across the globe confirmed participation; however the total number of adults who channelled cannot be determined.

The entire process has grown organically over the last four years and has evolved into a smoothly orchestrated event. The process started by taking permission from 2100 school authorities to conduct Light Channelling sessions on World Channels Day and receiving confirmation from schools which channel Light regularly that they would participate without a Volunteer. Ascertaining participation from Volunteers, and strategically allocating them to various schools was an important task done by the Area Co-ordinators, under the vigil of the Light Channels Team Manager, Mr. Manoj Chopra.

There was a string of meetings held to keep any communication gap at bay. Whether it was Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, the Area Co-ordinators and Volunteer met. Each meeting was intense and blessed by Divine Presence. The Teams could finish their tasks and send in their plans to the Manager ahead of time. Precise data was managed at the Manasa Foundation Administrative Office by Ms. Rakhee Chopra. Brochures, banners, pamphlets were reached to various cities and towns. Mutual respect and support magnified the individual strengths and made up for any shortfall.

The flawless completion of the preparatory phase has made each Volunteer feel that the Divine Forces had pre-arranged every detail from the Higher Realms. The benevolent Rishis helped before, during and after the event. Every Volunteer can recount many silent miracles which made the day a big success.

The response of school authorities was tremendous. They welcomed the Revolution by Light and joined the vision of making our world Peaceful. Hundreds of School Teachers and Student Leaders came forward and took initiative to conduct sessions by themselves. This helped our team to visit more schools and spread more Light on ‘World Channels Day’. Several schools reported that there was an inexplicable serene atmosphere after channelling.

The enthusiasm of the Volunteers and the spirit of Oneness made the World Channels Day 2014 a grand success. With the Grace of the Light Masters, the dream of spreading Peace and Love everywhere is gaining pace. Light channelled by over one million is enough to initiate several positive changes in every sphere of human existence. This will definitely bring transformation and help our mother Earth become a better place.
