Keeping away the negativities

 How do we keep away negativities? – by Guruji Krishnananda

We cannot keep them away. Negative thoughts and emotions will be floating in the atmosphere. If you suddenly have a negative thought, do not think it is from you. Do not feel bad or guilty about it because it could be someone else’s thought. Even if you know that you are the source of a negative thought, just reject it. Don’t be harsh with yourself.

The energies of Kali Yuga generate negative thoughts and emotions. Become aware of this and ignore them or reject them. Consciously choose to be positive. Do not entertain non-positive thoughts; do not continue with that train of thinking once you notice them, just disconnect.

Also, always fill yourself with Light. When you carry Light you will be full of love and positivity. Experience the Love from the Light. It is enough if you carry the Light. Even if you do not consciously spread Light, It spreads by itself like fragrance. This is how we deal with negativities. It is so simple. You have to try it.

How to experience Light?

How to experience Light? – by Guruji Krishnananda

Question: How to experience Light?
Answer: I wish I could tell you. There is no technique. But I can give you some hints. Visualize a huge brightness like Sun, and yourself as a part of it as a small globe of Light. Then visualize yourself expanding limitlessly. You will experience Light. I cannot tell you how to experience Light at that point but you will be able to experience Light. Be aware of the experience.

Question: Is the experience of Light the experience of Samadhi?
Answer: In Samadhi we experience the undivided Ocean of Consciousness. After that we experience the Light. Experiencing the Light is the next step.

Question: What is preventing us from experiencing the Light?
Answer: A lack of seriousness and effort prevent us from experiencing Light. In some cases, it is a lack of clarity about the goal or an attitude of indifference towards Light.
If you experience Light, you will reach the highest spiritually. If there is a lack of conviction about this, we will not be making proper efforts and we cannot experience the Light.

Question: Is experiencing Light alone enough to progress spiritually?
Answer: Yes. But it is not just imagining that we are experiencing Light. We have to take it very seriously. It is not even experiencing Light for a few minutes. We have to experience the Light for a minimum of three hours a day and carry It whenever possible. We must experience the Light intensely. This depends on our efforts.

Question: Can we send energies to Light Itself?
Answer: Everything and all energies come from Light. So, instead of energies, send love to Light. Love is the only thing that is ours.

10th World Channels Day

A Report on the 10th World Channels Day – by Mr. Manoj Chopra

All revolutions start with one person. Revolution by Light was started by Guruji Krishnananda on May 18, 2008. It is a Spiritual Revolution. Spiritual Revolutions are always silent and kept away from publicity deliberately. A few individuals took the initiative of spreading the awareness of Light Channelling by directly contacting people and groups. They gathered and after channeling Light for some time, began this work. This work got momentum when we began teaching Light Channelling to schoolchildren in 2009. From 2011 onwards, we started celebrating World Channels Day every year. It is the Day of spreading Love, Peace, and Harmony.
10th World Channels Day was yet another effort to generate a wave of Peace in the world marred by turmoil. It was a disciplined effort of more than 150 Volunteers. Planning for 10th World Channels Day started on 25th December 2019. Area Coordinators started working on finalizing the plan in their respective areas. Work was delegated to Volunteers according to their availability and time. Some of the senior Volunteers were given more responsibility.
In the first week of January 2020, most of the teams finalized their plans and started working on it. Our Volunteers visited more than 1000 schools and informed the school authorities about the World Channels Day. They were requested to join us on this Day by organizing Light Channelling in their schools. Most of the schools happily accepted our request and promised to join us on the World Channels Day. Request letters were posted to several far-off schools. Hundreds of schools were called upon telephonically and were informed about the World Channels Day. Response from school authorities was incredible as they were waiting for this opportunity. Whenever our Volunteers visited the schools, they were given warm welcome. They were offered beverages and even breakfast or lunch sometimes.
10th World Channels Day was a grand success. Avery peaceful Day started at 6 am with prayers to our Masters followed by 7 minutes of Light Channelling. Between 7am and 11am thousands of Light Channelling sessions were conducted all over India. Several afternoon sessions and evening sessions were also conducted by our Volunteers. The Day concluded around 6.30 pm after an evening session was conducted by the Pune team in a college.
It is astonishing to know that our dedicated Volunteers conducted sessions in more than 300 schools and close to 2 lakhs children channelled Light in those sessions. It is also heartening to note that apart from these 2 lakh children, more than 8 lakhs children from over 2000 schools also channelled Light in sessions conducted by schools themselves. More than 1 million children and adults from over 2300 schools and institutes channelled Light. Light Channelling sessions were conducted in Bangalore, Tumkur, Chennai, Madurai, Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Udaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Sangli, Amarvati and different parts of India.
Swamy Vivekananda’s words are perfect for our Light Channelling work. He had said, “We need infinite energy, infinite zeal, infinite courage, and infinite patience, and then only great things will be achieved.” Our Volunteers have all these. They have amazing Love for work, which is helping us to spread this Movement year after year in spite of challenges.
We thank all children, adults, school authorities and all Light channels that supported us in our effort to make this world a peaceful place.

𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 – by Guruji Krishnananda

I see people struggling to succeed in their professions and in Life, and I also see them struggling in their professions and in Life even after succeeding. There is more to a profession, there is more to Life.
A very successful person who has name, fame, money, everything, wrote a very lengthy letter to me. He wrote, “I have all these things; still I feel there is a void in my Life, what is this?”
I told him, “It is the absence of Light.” All these may give satisfaction but after sometime, we realize that they are not enough. There is something more to Life; there is something more to fame and name. He felt the absence of Light as void. I admired his honesty. He said, “I have failed. I have missed something in Life; please help me!”
We are fortunate that we have so much of Light around us. Only thing is that we have to open up and allow Light to enter us. We don’t have to make any effort to receive Light; just open up, It enters. The Light is waiting.

why channel Light?

Light is everywhere. So why channel? Light is the Creative Intelligence behind the Creation. Light is the formless God. From this Light, an ocean of Consciousness emerged, and from that this whole Creation. This Light is everywhere in the Creation. Light is energy. It carries within Itself Love, Wisdom and Energies. This Light is not the physical light. It is very subtle and pervades the higher subtler realms.
Light is everywhere and yet we have to channel It because of the Law of Freewill. Every human being has the right to choose good or bad and everything in between. Those who want Peace and positivity from the individual to the global level have to use their Freewill and bring about the changes. The system of governance, education, finance and economics, healthcare, etc. can be improvised. 99% of the world population does not have the authority or the means to affect big definitive changes.
Light Channelling is a Silent Revolution of bringing about positive changes at the grass-roots level of thoughts, emotions and hence action. Light Channelling cleanses the environment of negative vibrations enabling positive actions. Divine Light carries the energies of Healing, Love, Peace and Positivity. These energies help our Transformation into better human beings. When the quality of our thoughts, emotions and actions improve, conflicts will reduce and efficiency improves. With this, our life, society and the world will be a better place.
Divine Light can be accessed by intent, Meditation and by extending our Awareness. It can help us in every way at the individual as well as the global levels. To be the change we want to see in the world, Light Channelling is the simplest and fastest way.
Here’s how to channel Light – Imagine an ocean of Light above you. Request the Light to descend and fill your body. Now, experience the Love and Peace of the Light for a minute and then, intend that it spreads out gradually to your home, locality, country and the world.
Channel Light daily for at least seven minutes from anywhere at anytime.
Make your contribution to World Peace. Heal yourself. Heal the World.

LIGHT CHANNELLING & MANTRAS

LIGHT CHANNELLING & MANTRAS – by Guruji Krishnananda

The Rishis who gave us the Vedas and Mantras are now teaching us that we are entering the Light Age; that we have stronger Divine Energies available for a faster transformation into beings of Light.

In the earlier Yugas, they taught us the performance of Homas and Yagnas; later they taught that chanting the holy name of God or Divine Personalities was enough. When we live in different Yugas or periods of Time, the purity levels in our system and those in the environment are different. Corresponding appropriate Meditational techniques and approaches to the Divine are prescribed by the Spiritual Masters.

Light Channelling is an advanced Meditational technique taught by the Rishis for the times we live in. Mantra is not required. You think of Light, that is enough. Divine Light carries energies which are beyond Mantras

Oneness

Oneness

A student asked me, “In these advanced times which single factor indicates Spiritual progress?”

My answer is, Oneness. We already know at the intellectual level that we are all one. This is not enough. We must experience Oneness with those near us as well as the entire life on this earth. We must eventually experience Oneness with the entire Creation.

Is it really possible to experience such Oneness? I say, it is possible. We have to try it. At least we must try to experience Oneness with our family, friends and other associates. We may have to try very hard.

If you make sincere efforts, you will notice that love begins to flow. It is then we trust each other and smile from our hearts. This is the least we can do. If we cannot do this, how can we say that we have progressed?

People tell me that they have meditated for 10 or 20 years. If you believe that you have progressed spiritually, then ask yourself this. “Am I experiencing Oneness?” If you are, then all your effort is worth it.

When I see that people are unable to experience Oneness in spite of all the years of meditations, I feel very sad. Unless you experience Oneness, how can you be the guiding Light to others?

Here is a technique that may help you in experiencing Oneness:

Imagine you are a small globe of White Light. Experience the Light for a few minutes. Then, imagine those around you and your associates to be small globes of Light and experience them. Next, imagine all other human beings and everything else in Creation as Light. Experience the Light for several minutes. Practise it for as long as possible.

Becoming Universal

Becoming Universal – Based on the teachings of Guruji Krishnananda

A lady was travelling in a bus. She was looking at the people moving around outside. Suddenly she felt a surge of immense love within her. Then she saw everyone as Light.

What a great experience!

She had not made any conscious effort to send Light and yet, it happened. She was in that state for a short time.

What actually happened was that she briefly became Universal.

How does this happen?

Light is your Companion

If we carry Love and Light in us always, this happens. It happens when we love this world, when we love the life on this earth and when we love everyone.

This is an experience of total Oneness during which she became a Universal being.

The Divine Light that she experienced has everything—Unconditional Love, Infinite Wisdom, Eternal Peace and Abundance.

Carry Light within you always. You will have abundance. Abundance is not just material wealth. Abundance includes love, peace, health, etc.

To become a Universal Being, one can practise the following:

- Fill yourself with Divine Light and carry It with you always.

- Experience Divine Light at the core of your being.

- Get connected to everyone and everything and experience Oneness.

- Get connected to the Greater Core, God Himself.

- Spread the Divine Light to everyone and everything.

- Manifest the Divine Light in your living.

- Become Light.

We can definitely practise all of these if we make efforts. When we carry Light always, we will not behave like ordinary human beings. We will be Universal, like the citizens of the Light Age. We will be like God Himself.

Spiritual goals

“What is a Spiritual goal?”, asked a seeker on the Spiritual Path.

A Spiritual goal is one that fulfils the purpose of coming down to this earth. We have taken birth to experience and celebrate life here. So, experiencing the beauty and the diversity on this earth and living life fully is a Spiritual goal.

To learn to overcome our negativity, to experience and manifest peace and love, and to align with the Divine are all Spiritual goals.

To fill our world with vibrations of harmony, to manifest the life-force, and to experience and spread the Divine Light to the whole world are Spiritual goals.

After appreciating and experiencing the life in this Material Cosmos, we have to return to our origin in the Divine Planes. So, going back home is also a Spiritual goal.

But instead of going back to our origin, we can choose to stay here and help others achieve their Spiritual goals. The prospect of helping others is a wonderful opportunity. If we choose to help others, we will be taking up the work of the Rishis (Light Masters). This is a very great Spiritual goal because it is the goal of the Rishis.

The Rishis have achieved the highest. They are here to help us realise our Spiritual goals. They are here to help us choose to help others and join the Rishis’ work, which is huge.

Even after choosing to work for the Rishis, we must try to attain perfection because, even that is a Spiritual goal.

When we attain perfection, we are fully aligned with the Divine and we manifest the Divine all the time. This is our ultimate goal.
