Aura of Photon Belt

We entered the aura of the Photon Belt in 2009, three years before entering the Photon Belt itself. In 2011, someone asked me:

“Are there any changes after we entered the aura of the Photon Belt?”

There are many changes. We have to be alert and attentive to notice them.

A very important change is, good and bad can no longer coexist, either in an individual, in a country or in the world. The true nature of human beings as well as nations is surfacing. We used to tolerate the evil. We cannot tolerate it anymore.

A kind of cleansing and purging is taking place. Environmental changes are hastening. Though there is a lot of violence, there is more peace and more opportunities for peace. The possibility of wars is receding.

Collective voices are gaining strength. People are protesting and revolting against authoritarian regimes for their rights. Political systems are weakening. Democracy appears to have failed.

Let us be more concerned about the changes that are taking place within us and in our families. I notice that, where people can be happy, they somehow choose discord. At the same time, some people are able to make the right choices even when there is discord, and live happily.

The Photon Belt is not just one more energy field. It is the most important energy field. It will bring a lot of changes.

Techniques with Light – Anger and Depression

Light helps everyone in every way. While there is no doubt about this, we must learn ways of seeking Its help. Here are two techniques or tips to deal with anger and depression. One may use these or devise one’s own. There is no harm and everything works. The Light has great compassion and understands our intent. It accommodates our innocent deviations, and even mistakes.

 Light is the Creative Intelligence behind the Creation. Light is the formless God. From this Light, an ocean of Consciousness emerged, and from that this whole Creation. This Light is everywhere in the Creation.

Light is energy. It carries within Itself Love and Wisdom. This Light is not the visible physical light. It is very subtle and pervades the entire Creation. It can be accessed by thought, Meditation and by extending our Awareness. It can help us in every way at the individual as well as the global level.

For Anger

Anger is the one thing that every one of us would like to get rid of, if not, at least, contain.

When you get angry, slow down your breath; both inhaling and exhaling. This by itself contains the anger and this is practised by many. You can make this much more effective by taking help of the Light.

When you inhale, imagine that you are inhaling white Light. Inhale and allow it to spread to your entire body.  Then exhale the air. This makes one round. Practise this for three to seven rounds.

You can practise this anywhere. But, if you practise this sitting in a quiet corner and facing east, the effect is much more.

Regular practise will bring lasting results. Remember, one burst of strong anger will deplete the benefits received by hours of Meditation.

For Depression

Sit quietly facing east and close your eyes. Practise the above technique for three rounds.

Then, imagine your whole body full of the Light. Experience the Light. Practise this for a minimum of seven minutes to one hour.

Is Yoga the Union with the Divine?

Is Yoga the Union with the Divine?

     Yes. The Union can happen in two ways.

 After our liberation from the cycles of birth and death, we will be completely in tune with the Divine and we go back to our Source. We go back to God and live with Him in complete Union. While we are there, we continue to retain our identity. This is one way of Union, one way of Yoga.

 There is another way. For me this way is more important.

 While living here in this world you can align with God and be in tune with Him. When you are connected to God in this way, you are living in God, you are living in Yoga. When we live our day-to-day lives in alignment with God, we will be in Union. When we experience Yoga, we will be in harmony with everyone and everything, including nature.

 While living in the routine of life, if you can establish harmony with the people around you, with the society, with the whole world and the Creation, you are in Yoga. It does not matter whether you are a meditator or not.

 If we cannot establish such harmony with the world, aligning with God and establishing harmony with Him is not possible. God is not a person living somewhere. He is in us and around us.

We live in this imperfect world. We are imperfect. In the present times, the imperfection is natural. When we understand this, we will be able to accept the imperfection and begin to experience the Union in our daily life.

Living in the present

Someone asked me, “What according to you is living in the present?”

Normally, when we are busy with some work, all our attention and focus will be on that work. Throughout the day, we will be busy with something or the other. This is one part of being present.

What people generally miss is the most important thing. And that is, all around us and in us, there is a Presence. You can call it God or call it by any name. It is there all the time. It is there to help us, protect us and guide us. But most of the time we are not aware of it.

Even as we are busy in our daily routine, we must also be aware of the Presence around us.

So, it is not just living in the present; it is living in the Presence!

When you are aware of the Presence, you will see what a difference it makes!

When we live in the awareness of the Presence, we will be expanded in every way. It is this expansion that accommodates the whole world. The quality of our thoughts and emotions improve. We do everything properly and our behavior will be exemplary. The Presence brings us perfection.

In addition to being aware of the Presence, when you have time, try to get connected to the Presence and converse with it. When you experience it, you will realise that the Presence is our closest being.

For me, this is Living in the Present.

Light Channelling – A Gift to Humanity

  The Light is working.  There are awakenings.  There are changes, though they are not openly perceptible.  The conscience of the world is being stirred.  And the Revolution by Light is happening.        

    It does not mean that the acts of cruelty and corruption will reduce dramatically.  They do not.  But they surface and cannot be pushed under the carpet anymore.  Everything surfaces.  Surfacing is part one of the Revolution.  Then, waves of enragement against the acts of cruelty and corruption build up unknowingly, automatically.  It is the next stage.  Waves of this energy will act at deeper levels and then there will be an action.

      One may think that this is a very long process.  Some may not believe this at all.  But, we have to remember that we are in very different times of intense Transition.  And many Intelligences and Energies are aligning to bring great changes faster.  We, the common people, have to, meanwhile, channel Light and wait.

     Behind this seemingly simple technique, there are thousands of years of experimentation.  The Light Masters taught humanity how to meditate.  After that this technique of Light  channelling is the  most valuable and important technique they have gifted to us.

How to deal with bad thoughts?

How to deal with bad thoughts?

Reject all the bad thoughts. These negative thoughts do not originate from within. They are not our thoughts. If we go to a place where someone has just had a quarrel, those thoughts and energies affect us.

A very sensitive lady was travelling by an airplane. At some point, she felt very, very uncomfortable. When she checked, she found out that the plane was flying over a slaughter house. So many animals are killed there ruthlessly and mercilessly, those vibrations and energies touched her even though she was quite high in the sky.

You need not follow the negative thoughts. Why should you accept them? The best way of dealing with them is to reject them.

Carry Light always. When you carry Light, nothing that is false, nothing that is negative comes near you or affect you.

What is Satsang?

Someone wanted to know the real meaning of Satsang.

In Sanskrit, ‘Sat’ means Truth and ‘Sang’ means ‘being in company of’. So, Satsang means, being in the company of Truth.

Usually, when people participate in spiritual discourses or group singing of devotional songs, they think they are in Satsang. This is not wrong but there are many other, higher ways.

Carry Light always. Light has peace, love... everything. If you are carrying Light within you, you are in the company of Truth, and that is Satsang.

Instead of being in a group, if you are alone, you can achieve real Satsang. When you are alone meditating or even contemplating, trying to align with the Divine, you will be in Satsang.

When you try to align with the Divine, whether you are alone or in the company of others does not matter.

When you look at the sky and try to experience the vastness, I say, you are in Satsang.

The highest level of Satsang is, being alone with God.

Effect of Light on negative people

A person asked me, “When we channel Light to negative people, will the Light enter them?”

              Negative or positive, if a person does not want to accept the Light, the Light will not enter the person. Not that the Light cannot enter, it can but it will not. Light has intelligence. It respects the freewill of the person. He can exercise his freewill and not allow the Light to enter. It will not enter. 

Revolution by Light - Channel Light everyday for minimum of seven minutes.

     What happens to the Light after that? The Light will not come back to us. The Light also will not remain around the person. The Light will merge with many, many positive energies that are in the atmosphere. The purpose of Light is to establish peace and love. It will join the other energies or forces to work for this purpose. The Light always works and this is how it works. If not through the individual, the Light will work through other energies and other agencies. 

So, the Light that we send is never wasted.

Living in my Light

 A person asked me, “How to live in your Light?”

             Although the Light in me is the same as the Light in you, there will be something very unique about each individual. If you want to live in my Light, I can mention a few of my preferences, which you may try to follow or adopt.

 I always believe that the human part in us is to be understood and valued. Some people tend to think that to be Divine, we shouldn’t be human. The truth is, only if we are human we can be Divine. We have come down to the human plane to experience the humanness.

 Cry when you feel like crying. Jump with joy if you feel like it. Don’t hesitate. Get a little angry, get a little jealous also. Live this life fully. If we don’t, we miss so much. There is so much of life here in this beautiful world.

 Spirituality is living all this. It is not just meditating and trying to allow some energies to transform us. We have to experience all that is beautiful on this earth. There is so much of beauty here—nature, sky, seasons, rain, wind, butterflies, moonrises, music, literature, poetry ... All this makes the human plane the most wonderful plane. That is why people from all other worlds rush to this earth. This earth is very, very special. We are here and we are missing all these things.

 This is a plane of imperfections. Everyone is imperfect including me. We have to accept others as they are without complaining, grumbling and disliking strongly. When you do, it indicates that you have great love.

 I don’t like to complain and grumble regardless of how difficult the situation is.

 For me, these qualities are of great value. If you accept these and try to follow them, you will be living in my Light.

Opportunities of Transition

             Now, people are awakening to the reality that there will be great changes soon. Those who are involved in the Light work are certain about the changes occurring at or after the end of this year. And we, working under the Rishis or the Light Masters, are aware that we are in the transitory period of entering the New Age. The transitory processes began years ago and they are intensifying now. The total Transition may occur immediately at the end of the year or it could be gradual spread over a few years. It is not clear yet. The Masters monitoring these processes have not decided about this yet.

             We have to realize that this period is a great period of opportunity. Opportunity to grow fast spiritually. Someday, we have to spiritualise. We have to become good, honest and peaceful. It is a must to enter and live in the New Age. There is no choice. We have to choose and change. Those who do not choose and change perish. This is a reality that we have to realize.

           During this period of Transition, various processes begin to operate. We may go through a kind of inner turbulence at the individual level and also all other levels beginning from the family to the society, nation and globe. We should not allow this to defeat the spirit of living. We have to realize that this turbulence is created to make us contemplate on life, the value system, the purpose of birth, life after death, New Age and many such realities which we never bothered to understand so far. Understanding these and learning the lessons of living a proper peaceful life is the purpose of all turbulence at all levels. Once we realize these and begin to live properly, the turbulence vanishes. Problems vanish. The Universe leads us into a higher life holding our hands and showering grace and Love.

           The great Light Masters have provided us rare and essential knowledge about many unknown realities. They are providing us newer knowledge and techniques to enter the New Age. We have to understand this and also try to pass on to others without imposing and without any commercial interests. This is a part of the Revolution by Light. Knowledge is a part of the Light.

              Revolution is change. Sometimes, the changes are fast and complete. Even if the changes are slow and partial, they are changes, and it is indeed a revolution. Such a revolution began a long time ago. Right now, we are going through another phase of the revolution.

            The changes that have occurred so far are changes no doubt, but they are not enough. We could have done more. I am expecting changes in all of us. We can do more. We have to do more.  

          I also expect changes in all systems. If we force the systems to change suddenly, they will collapse and there will be chaos. When individuals change gradually, the systems will change automatically. Though the systems are very strong and deeply corrupt, they will change when we begin to change.     

       Spiritual revolutions are always silent and nonviolent. There will be no  confrontation, no aggression; only love and hope.  The finest example is that of Light Channelling. Channel the Light that’s all. 

      There are no sermons, no membership, no commerce; there is only love, pure love. This is a Spiritual Revolution. This Revolution is happening.   

           Revolution occurs when we go beyond our own understandings and our own principles. We have to keep advancing, keep growing to keep the revolution alive.

Do not stagnate at any level. Go beyond your ordinary ways of living. Go beyond Meditations. Go beyond Samadhi. Go beyond even enlightenment!

Turbulence is an Opportunity

      We have been going through a period of turbulence for quite some time now. We are now reaching the peak of the turbulence. The period between the last pair of eclipses (May-June) and the next pair of eclipses (November) is crucial. We can expect turbulence not only at the global level but also at the individual level and at every other level. 

      Instead of trying to escape this, which is impossible, we must prepare to face this period. No one can escape it because it is a part of a larger Spiritual process. 

        The turbulence does not necessarily involve global events or major upsets. There could be minor upsets … seemingly minor, that may lead to very complex situations and unnecessary conflicts. We have to be fully alert and aware during this period so that we are in a position to make the right choices. 

        We have to be alert about any negativity creeping into us, and we should reject them. We must be aware of God’s grace in the form of abundant special energies flooding the earth. These energies help us tide over any situation. 

        In my opinion, the turbulence is an opportunity, an opportunity for everyone including the world leaders to contemplate, understand the higher realities, make the right choices and prepare for any eventuality.

A Special Time Period

During this lunar month that began on 20^th June, we receive very special energies from the very Source, God Himself in the form of Light. These energies will peak on the Full Moon Day (3^rd July, Guru Poornima). This sacred month ends on the 19^th July.

     During this period we must try to channel as much Light and energies as possible. Please make use of this opportunity. Be aware that when we channel energies we also absorb them. Try to experience these energies. And the most important part is, you have to manifest these energies.

How do we manifest these energies, Light or God? By manifesting love and peace. Unless we manifest these, the process is not complete.

What are the benefits of manifesting love and peace? We human beings always seem to think in terms of benefits!

Be aware of these energies all the time, channel them as much as possible, meditate every day ... Such intense efforts can clear our Karmas, which are the source of many of our problems and conflicts.

Are we just pawns in this great play or experimentation?

   We are presently going through the transition into the Light Age or New Age. The whole Universe is watching our world with great interest and studying this transition because, several things are being experimented for the first time. This is a very, very special occasion. The experimentation is being done by the Light Masters. If the results are good, they may adopt these methods on other earths. The 2012 end events and entering the New Age this time are very special.

In this context, someone asked me, “Are we just pawns in this great play or experimentation?”

There are some who believe in the philosophy that the Universe works through us; we have no role to play; there is nothing that we need to do. But the Light Masters say, no, we are not just passive pawns. We are much more than that.

We have the gift of Freewill. We are co-creators. We are free to go along with the Great Design, we are free to alter our destinies. Collectively, we can alter the destiny of our world. Through the meditations of millions, many wars have been postponed or cancelled.

We have a great role to play in this world, and we have to take initiative. God expects us to be courageous, independent, and responsible.

The Light Masters want us to be able to take decisions boldly and independently when we are faced with dilemmas, and not just be pawns, waiting for the Universe to take action. They want each one of us to stand on our own feet, be a beacon of Light, enlightened and independent.

How do we cope with loss & pain that may arise from 2012 events?

A student asked me, “Those who have not chosen the Light may not be with us after 2012. How to bear with the pain of this loss?”

My answer :

      So, you assume you will be there after 2012! We tend to think that earthquakes, floods, always happen somewhere else, not here; death comes only to others, etc. This is human nature.

We assume that only we survive 2012. Presuming you will survive after 2012, learn to be above such emotions. Our closest friend or relative may not survive, we have to bear that pain. It is difficult.

To cope with such grief, I suggest you to experience the Unmanifested part in your own system, the inner space, the inner sky. Practise for not more than three minutes. The grief may not disappear altogether, but you will be able to manage with it.

When we lose everything, all our possessions, experiencing the Unmanifested part in us will be of great help. This experience will keep the life force alive in us.

When the Tsunami hit southern India, I watched on TV a house that had almost completely fallen with a little bit of roof and a door still intact. The poor woman, the resident was cleaning the front of the house and drawing Rangoli (folk/sacred art). What hope! That is human spirit; that is life force.

Human beings who have such spirit never give up. When everything collapses, they pick up the pieces and move on.

We have to survive to help, serve and guide others. It is our responsibility.

We can bear with any loss, when we experience the Unmanifested part in us.

Now what we should do apart from Channelling Light?

At this point in time, which is the most important thing that we should do apart from channelling Light?

Carry Light always. That is the most important thing. Light will provide us not only energies but also knowledge and wisdom. Try to experience Light more, during Meditations and at other times as well. This experience brings us many benefits. It keeps us connected to the Light Masters. It expands our Awareness. We will never be petty again. We think and emote for the world. We become universal. We have to become universal. It is only then the Universe takes care of us.
Try this (experiencing Light). The Universe will guide you in every detail. I have seen this happening with people around me. When you work for the Universe, when you think of the Universe, when you become universal, I have seen help coming from so many quarters. It is the Universe that provides and takes care of us.
When you experience Light there will be an awakening in you. An awakened person naturally helps and guides others to awaken.
Be alert and observe what is happening in the world. The energies released so far and the energies that are going to be released will hasten the transitional processes. The Revolution by Light is accelerating.
At this point in time, be in this world, but don’t be attached to it. If we get too involved in the world, it dilutes our focus, which is our Spiritual growth. We should also fulfil all our commitments and responsibilities.
At this point in time do not initiate projects spread over several years. Continue your normal life. Do not take extreme steps. Be cautious, judicious. Always follow your own intuition.

Can a person who does not believe in God channel Light?

          I say, yes. Light Channelling is an act of love. You may not believe in God but you may believe in love; love towards humanity, love towards all beings on this earth. Channelling is an act of healing. When we channel Light we heal ourselves, we heal others, and we heal the earth.Light Channelling is an act of gratitude. We receive so much from nature, from society, from everyone, from our own family members, from others, and from the Masters. When we channel Light, we contribute to the transformation of the world, albeit in a small way.            

By channeling Light to the world, we can give back for what we have received from the society. We receive so much help and energies for our sustenance from the Masters; we can channel Light to express our gratitude for such things, even if we don’t believe in God.

The Light is the Source from which the entire Creation has emerged. It is the Supreme Intelligence, the Supreme Power, the energy behind all Creation.

To debate on whether God exists or not is a mere intellectual exercise that leads to nowhere; it is a waste of time. We have to go beyond the intellect and actually experience the Light. Once we have a direct experience, no debate will be necessary.

    The Light that I am talking of is not the physical one, as we all know.  It is the First Light that was manifested from the unmanifested.  It is the First manifestation. 

From this Light, an ocean of Consciousness emerged and from that this whole Creation.

    This Light is everywhere in the Creation.  It cannot be seen by our naked eyes.  But it can be experienced in deep meditations.

     This Light is energy.  It has great intelligence.  It carries Love, Peace and Healing energies.  It can help us in every way at the individual and at the global levels.

The next age that we are shortly entering into is called the Light Age.  Every one of us has to carry the Light and spread the Light all around the world to prepare ourselves and the world to enter the Light Age.  That is why we have to experience and channel the Light.

       When we initiated the Light Channels World Movement in 2008,  we found that the response was not really big.  Then, we introduced Light Channelling in schools.  More than twenty lakhs children have channeled Light so far.  We had amazing response and also results.  The children, being innocent and pure,could see the Light, experience It and also use It for a good purpose.  Their experiences were heart touching.

 

      When we decided to arrange The Light Channels Meet on May 7, 2012, we thought that we should present their experiences to the world. The teachers and the authorities of the schools realised that we did not have any personal agenda.  They realised that Light Channelling is a non-religious and non-political Movement.  They found it simple and very beneficial. They helped us to conduct the Light Channelling sessions in their schools.  Thus, the Revolution by Light began.

       Now, the time has come to expand this into the next level where anyone can channel Light and help oneself and help the world.  The world requires this Spiritual push because, very shortly, at the end of 2012, we are going to face great changes due to several astronomical and spiritual occurrences. To face this situation, we have to prepare spiritually.  Light Channelling helps preparation.  That is why Light Channelling is very important and essential at this point of time.

       Light Channelling brings Peace, Purity and Perfection in every system now reeking with corruption and violence.  We will witness the collapse of the corrupt systems and emergence of new systems shortly.

 

       We are not helpless.  We can channel Light and build up a silent Revolution.  We are not alone.  We are helped by many Masters and Light Workers working on this earth and from the Astral planes.  Let us create new destinies for ourselves and for the world.

On this occasion of Light Channels Meet, I thank the school authorities, teachers and the children for allowing Light Channelling.  The experiences printed here, I am sure, will inspire every human being.  Let everyone join the Revolution by Light.
