Transforming others..!

Transforming others  – by Guruji Krishnananda

An elderly man said that the group he used to work with was not good. He was very unhappy because in spite his Meditations he was not able to transform them. He implied that Meditations have not solved the problem. Let us understand clearly and very honestly that Meditations are meant for individual Spiritual growth, not for transforming others. This is the truth.
But when we meditate, when our behaviour changes, when we keep a smile on our face and when we vibrate positivity, then there will definitely be an impact on others. This MAY bring transformation in others.

However, if others do not grow immediately due our Meditations then we should not grumble. To bring in transformation we have to pursue other ways. Send Light to them and wait. And just because we send Light, people do not change. The Light will work when it is accepted and allowed to work in our system. There are many stages and many obstacles; that’s why transformation is not that easy.
The issue is that as individuals we meditate for one hour and then we expect the whole world to change. We are not reasonable in our expectations. Sometimes we want changes to occur in our way but it may occur in a different, perhaps a better way. Because changes do not occur the way we want, we start grumbling and blame it all on Meditation.
The changes that we want may occur after some time, or maybe after quite a long time. We have to accept the pace. Personally, I have experienced that it takes time, but Meditation always works.

Manifesting Consciously

Manifesting Consciously
(Based on the teachings of Guruji Krishnananda)
We all are concerned about our Spiritual progress. The Rishis (Light Masters) want all of you to rise to their level. They are concerned about your Spiritual progress.
They observe and say that though we are making progress, it is very slow and it is not enough.
How can we grow faster?
Manifest LoveThe Rishis say, “We are not consciously manifesting love.”
We are not consciously manifesting all that we experience in our Meditation. When we meditate, we experience peace, stillness, bliss and love; we experience the Divine. This is the first part of our Sadhana (Spiritual effort).
The second and the most important part of Sadhana is to manifest all this in our living. Only when we manifest them we get tuned to the Divine.
When we are in tune with the Divine we live in harmony with the world; we do not make mistakes and we will always be positive. We remain in a heightened state all the time.
Spiritual pursuit is not one hour of daily meditation. It is manifesting the Divine 24 hours a day.
In the beginning this may seem very difficult because we get involved in the business of life.
When you begin the day, fill yourself with Love. Throughout the day, be conscious of the Love in you and it will keep flowing out from you even when you are working. Whenever you get a break from work, think of the love flowing from within.

Without manifesting the Divine transformation cannot occur.

Why Should We Meditate

Why Should We Meditate
(Based on the teachings of Guruji Krishnananda)
A student on the Spiritual Path asked me, “Why should we meditate?”
People take up Meditations for different reasons to begin with. They take up Meditations usually to find solutions to their various problems—health issues, financial difficulties, problems with relationships, to overcome stress, to find peace and so on.
Meditation
Meditation
After they spend some time meditating, they realise that there is a greater purpose in taking up Spiritual Practice. They become aware of higher Truths, higher realities, and their problems either get resolved or they begin to look less important or trivial.
As they spend more time in their Sadhana, their goal shifts from solving their problems to achieving higher Spiritual goals.
Their goal keeps expanding, and ultimately, they set their goal on attaining freedom—to free themselves from all bondages and to become Light, and go back to their Source.
Our Source is Light. Our Source is God. Our ultimate goal is to go back to Him and become Him.
Until we reach the highest goal, Meditations help us live this life sensibly, peacefully and fully.
Living this life in this moment properly is most important. If we live properly in the present, the future is taken care of automatically.
So, we take up Meditations for many reasons in the beginning, and ultimately, to become Light.

Becoming

Becoming
(Written by Guruji Krishnananda in 1990)
“The only way to have a friend is to become one.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
GoodnessUnless we establish friendliness within us we cannot evoke the same in others. The friendliness in us vibrates and activates similar vibrations in others. This applies even to the negative thoughts and vibrations. Anger, jealousy, greed, selfishness, hatred etc. evoke similar responses in others, naturally.
If we have to see God in others we have to become pure, become God. Thus Becoming is very important and essential. Meditation becomes.

SHOONYA MASA (THE ZERO MONTH)

SaptarishisEach earth is administered by a Rishi, a highly advanced Spiritual Master. Our earth is being administered by Atri Maharshi, who is assisted by six Rishis. Together, the seven Rishis are known as the Sapta Rishis in Sanskrit. Each galaxy has a Council of Light, which consists of great Masters, Rishis and Divine Personalities. All the Councils report to, and receive instructions from the Sapta Rishis who are the ultimate in command – they are The Hierarchy.
Every year, roughly from the 15th of December to 14th January, the Saptarshis – the seven great Masters, go into deep Tapas. Shoonya Masa ends the day before Sankranti. During their absence, other Rishis are invited from Higher realms of existence or Lokas to take care of matters regarding our earth. For them this month is like Brahma Muhurta (the holy hours of the day which are considered ideal for Meditation). Due to the absence of the Sapta Rishis this period is called Shoonya Masa.
Guruji Krishnananda says that every year the visiting Rishis bring new revelations and energies with them. They take only a few minutes to understand all the matters of our earth – social, economic, environmental, political, etc. They do not take major decisions but they continue the work of the Sapta Rishis. One of their works is surveying, testing and assessing at the individual and group levels on how much we have moved ahead in the New Age and submitting the report to the Sapta Rishis, who upon their return take major decisions.
Whenever a Homa or a special Pooja is arranged, a Rishi is invoked before God. The Rishis are the administrators and God does not overrule their decisions. Even blessings, boons etc. from God are processed through the Rishis. During Shoonya Masa, since the Sapta Rishis are in Tapas, activities like Homas, etc are not planned. This is why this period has been misconstrued as inauspicious.
On the contrary, this is one of the most auspicious periods for Meditations, not to be wasted on any material pursuits. That is why the Rishis chose this month. Shoonya Masa is not inauspicious. So we can meditate to our heart’s content because the Tapas of the Rishis help our Meditations.

Am I Doing Enough..?

Am I Doing Enough – Based on the teachings of Guruji Krishnananda

I was touched when a person asked me this question:
“All around, there is so much of hate, greed and gossip. I keep asking myself ‘Am I doing enough?’ I think I need to meditate more and channel more Light.”
It is amazing that people can think like this, taking responsibility for the life around them.
It is true. When we see the life around or in the world, it is not merely imperfect, it is horrifying. But nobody asked the question ‘Am I doing enough to get rid of these things?’
Such questions prompt us to do more.
RevolutionIf you feel the same, I suggest you to Meditate more and spread more Light to bring about more transformation in others. Let us do this regularly and sincerely.
We don’t know whether we are doing enough or not. But we are contributing to world peace at least to some extent by meditating and channelling Light. We are doing our bit.
If possible, do more. If you cannot do more, do not get frustrated or feel defeated by the imperfection around. This is very important.
The darkness of thousands of years cannot be removed with one single candle. Do not lose hope. It takes time. It takes participation from the masses.
Let us also be aware that people are indeed changing, though it is not easy to notice the changes. There is transformation definitely. There is an awakening. The world is changing.
Let the transformation begin from us. When we transform, the world also transforms because we are a part of this world.
If you are serious about helping others transform, take up Light Channelling. Spread Light to the whole world as much as you can. You will be doing a great service to humanity.

Light — The Eternal Companion

A person told me that he has begun interacting with the Light. He says that the Light has become his companion, and he consults the Light for everything.
Light your Companion
Light your Companion
This is what I have been suggesting. Make Light your companion. Make Light your guide and guru. Once you are able to do that, you will never falter.
The Light in us guides and takes care of us. It is no exaggeration to say that the Light helps us in every way. You will know it when you experience it.
If you can make Light your constant companion, it is higher than Meditations. Of course, you have to meditate regularly and positivise your emotions and thoughts. Mere Meditations are not enough for transformation.
So, try this; try to interact with the Light. Make Light your eternal companion. Anyone and everyone should be able to contact the Light and get guidance from the Light.
Understand that the Light is God Himself. The Light is the Supreme Intelligence. The Light contains everything—love, peace, happiness and all that is positive and helpful to life.
The Light is within us. The Light is everywhere. Making the Light our companion must be the Spiritual goal.
