Manifesting Consciously

Manifesting Consciously
(Based on the teachings of Guruji Krishnananda)
We all are concerned about our Spiritual progress. The Rishis (Light Masters) want all of you to rise to their level. They are concerned about your Spiritual progress.
They observe and say that though we are making progress, it is very slow and it is not enough.
How can we grow faster?
Manifest LoveThe Rishis say, “We are not consciously manifesting love.”
We are not consciously manifesting all that we experience in our Meditation. When we meditate, we experience peace, stillness, bliss and love; we experience the Divine. This is the first part of our Sadhana (Spiritual effort).
The second and the most important part of Sadhana is to manifest all this in our living. Only when we manifest them we get tuned to the Divine.
When we are in tune with the Divine we live in harmony with the world; we do not make mistakes and we will always be positive. We remain in a heightened state all the time.
Spiritual pursuit is not one hour of daily meditation. It is manifesting the Divine 24 hours a day.
In the beginning this may seem very difficult because we get involved in the business of life.
When you begin the day, fill yourself with Love. Throughout the day, be conscious of the Love in you and it will keep flowing out from you even when you are working. Whenever you get a break from work, think of the love flowing from within.

Without manifesting the Divine transformation cannot occur.

Listen to God…

God
“A mere wish, a mere prayer is enough, God responds. In Stillness, be aware of Him and send love. God is waiting to speak to us. He is ready to talk anytime, anywhere, about anything. Try to listen to Him.” – Guruji Krishnananda

Realising the Spiritual Ultimate

A student asked me, “Can Meditation alone take us to the Spiritual ultimate?”
This is my answer:
Meditation
Meditation
Meditation is the first step in our Spiritual journey. It is enough to begin with, like choosing a new track or entering a doorway.
Meditation initiates certain processes in us. After beginning the journey, we must make efforts at other times to grow spiritually by positivising.
Meditation begins with silencing our system, which connects us to the ocean of stillness. To experience stillness in Meditation, we must be calm at other times by avoiding negative thoughts, emotions and agitations.
Our true nature is Love, Peace and Joy. When we make efforts to manifest our true nature in our living, we experience stillness during Meditation.
In stillness, our Awareness begins to expand. It rises to higher levels of consciousness.
We experience higher levels of consciousness and come in contact with the Divine Light. We begin to experience the Divine Light and ultimately, we become the Divine Light.
All this happens by Divine Grace. For our part, we just sit for Meditation and offer ourselves in surrender to the Divine.
So, Meditation alone is not enough to reach the ultimate. Meditation can lead us to the ultimate when combined with our sincere efforts during Meditation and at other times, and most importantly, by Divine Grace.
Meditation is a very important step in our Spiritual journey. As we progress, we realise that all life is Sadhana.

Oneness

A Spiritual seeker asked me, “What is Oneness?”
I answered as follows:
OnenessIt begins with the awareness that we the human beings, all animate and inanimate beings, nature, stars, galaxies and everything else are one. We are all made of the same Consciousness.
The next step is to experience the Oneness. Unless we experience it, we will not know what it really means. Since it is not easy for everyone to experience Oneness, it must be practised gradually. You can begin by practising Oneness with a small group such as your classmates or colleagues, and gradually expand it to the whole world.
When we experience Oneness we will never go against the Divine Plan. We also receive Divine Energies and true knowledge.
The turmoil that we see in the world today is only at the surface level. At the deeper level there is stillness. When we practise Oneness, we experience this stillness.
When we experience Oneness, we experience and manifest love automatically without any effort.
Here is a technique that may help you in experiencing Oneness:
Imagine you are a small globe of White Light. Experience the Light for a few minutes. Then, imagine those around you and your associates to be small globes of Light and experience them. Next, imagine all other human beings and everything else in Creation as Light. Experience the Light for several minutes. Practise it for as long as possible.

Meditation

Meditation
“When we meditate, the efficiency of the brain increases as more brain cells open. When we meditate, our entire system, the body, mind and intellect, gets purified. In Stillness our intuition works; to establish Stillness, we have to meditate. Meditation does not directly bring us powers. It links us to the reservoir of all Powers. Let the powers be with God and let God be with us.” – Guruji Krishnananda

Importance of stillness

Importance of stillness
All answers, all solutions, all possibilities and opportunities are within us. But we look for these things outside. Instead of exploring outside, we have to look within. We have to find them within us and bring them out, manifest them.
We have to learn to manifest answers, solutions and even new questions.
How do we learn to find them within us and manifest them?
We have to begin by entering a state of stillness. That is why we meditate. With Meditations everything happens. Meditations have to be taken seriously. In stillness we become aware of all these things being within us.
stillness
When we enter stillness, we become aware of many things, the most important thing is that of a Presence. This Presence is God Himself. We also become aware of what the Presence carries.
We become aware of the vastness, unconditional love and oneness. Not only do we become aware of these things, we begin to experience the Presence and all that the Presence carries; we experience true love, we become one.
After experiencing all these, we have to manifest them with a strong intent and conscious effort.
You have to contemplate on these things. This is what regular and intense Meditations lead to.

A message from the Light Masters

This is a clear message from the Light Masters (Rishis). They say, “By the 14th of November 2012, choose Light from the level of your heart.”
Some have already chosen. Some think that they have chosen but it is only superficial or intellectual. We have to choose from the level of our soul.
The Light Masters say, “You just choose Light, we will clear all your Karmas.” In my opinion this is the greatest opportunity for humanity. The Light Masters are trying to do everything possible to see that we sail through the events of 2012.
There will be more confusion, turmoil and turbulence. There could be conflicts between individuals, family members, between anyone. These conflicts are unnecessary. People also know that these conflicts are not necessary, but somehow they choose them.
Consider all this as a kind of test. We have to be careful. We should never panic. We are in safe hands. Even if you feel you lack in something, the Light Masters say, don’t worry, we will help you. But we have to choose to change and make sincere and genuine efforts to change.
It is so simple but sometimes it seems so difficult if we allow our egos to dominate us. It is generally believed that the ego works against us. But the truth is, the ego can cooperate with us.
Perhaps this is the greatest opportunity to tell the ego, “You help me that’s all. You don’t decide for me.” If our intention is very clear, the ego will help us.
One may find it hard to believe, but the truth is, even the bad Karmas will help us if we decide to transform.
And once you choose Light, stick to it. After the Karmas are cleared, let us not add new Karmas. Our daily Meditations will clear the day-to-day Karmas.
The Light Masters say, manifest love and peace all the time. Once the Karmas are cleared the Light Masters will take over our lives. They will be guiding us at the Astral level and protecting us at all levels.
In spite of all the turmoil, at one level there is stillness. Please make use of this rare opportunity.
