Revolution for Growth

Revolution for Growth – by Guruji Krishnananda
Information technology revolution is everywhere. Communication is instantaneous and knowledge is at our finger tips. Wonderful things are happening. But has this brought about any change in human beings? Quality-wise there is no Spiritual progress. Only when we grow Spiritually, can we live a better life.
When we grow Spiritually problems vanish miraculously. For a completely Spiritual person, there are no problems. If we don’t spiritualize, the Universe will force us to do so and during the process, there will be pain. Contemplate on these points.
To achieve anything great we have to make great effort. We do make great efforts for material things, but when we come to the Spiritual area of life, we want Mantras and techniques. We want the Rishis (Light Masters) to make efforts.
For Spiritual growth, we have to make a CONSCIOUS EFFORT to have a relation with everyone, based on love and trust.
We are entering the New Age. There will be a shift in our Awareness. The rise of Awareness and the consequent growth, or expansion, is at the global level. At such times, we the individuals, cannot stay back. Those who chose to hold on to the old ways of greed, selfishness, narrow-mindedness, judgementalness etc stay back. Then they have to go through unpleasant learning processes, which manifest as problems, pain, etc. We can avoid problems by choosing to imbibe Light and its qualities. Light is full of Love, Peace and Compassion.
Before you spread the Light, during Light Channelling, first experience it in your entire being as enormous Peace. Feel Light in every cell of your body for a few minutes or as long as you feel like, then channel Light.
Channel Light daily for at least 7 minutes or more, from anywhere, at anytime, from any place. Heal yourself. Heal the World.

Transforming others..!

Transforming others  – by Guruji Krishnananda

An elderly man said that the group he used to work with was not good. He was very unhappy because in spite his Meditations he was not able to transform them. He implied that Meditations have not solved the problem. Let us understand clearly and very honestly that Meditations are meant for individual Spiritual growth, not for transforming others. This is the truth.
But when we meditate, when our behaviour changes, when we keep a smile on our face and when we vibrate positivity, then there will definitely be an impact on others. This MAY bring transformation in others.

However, if others do not grow immediately due our Meditations then we should not grumble. To bring in transformation we have to pursue other ways. Send Light to them and wait. And just because we send Light, people do not change. The Light will work when it is accepted and allowed to work in our system. There are many stages and many obstacles; that’s why transformation is not that easy.
The issue is that as individuals we meditate for one hour and then we expect the whole world to change. We are not reasonable in our expectations. Sometimes we want changes to occur in our way but it may occur in a different, perhaps a better way. Because changes do not occur the way we want, we start grumbling and blame it all on Meditation.
The changes that we want may occur after some time, or maybe after quite a long time. We have to accept the pace. Personally, I have experienced that it takes time, but Meditation always works.

Introspection

Introspection

“Assess your Spiritual growth by daily introspection. Correct yourself, but do not be judgemental and harsh on yourself.” – Guruji Krishnananda

The Right Path

The Right Path
(Based on the teachings of Guruji Krishnananda)
“How do I know that I am on the right Path?”
I have been asked this question several times.
lifeIf you are comfortable with the practices and the teachings of the Path, then you are on the right Path.
If you feel you have freedom in the Path, if the Path is not stifling with many do’s and don’ts, if the Path does not impose anything on you, then you know that it is the right Path for you.
A Path will have certain guidelines that help the individual to grow. But even these should not be imposed. They are accepted and adopted by the individual of his own accord, when he feels free to do so. If you have such freedom, then it is the right Path for you because, Spiritual growth is possible only in freedom. It can never be forced.
If you have felt that your peace has increased, if you have found relief from stress and depression, if you are experiencing a new Joy, then you have found the right Path.
If the Path inspires you to live life to the fullest, and not shun life, if it helps you expand your thinking, emoting and living, then it is the right Path for you.
There are many such paths. Remember, the ultimate choice is made by you.

Have faith in yourself to begin with. Then, get guided by your own intuition and choose a Path.

Carrying Divine Light

When you begin your day, I suggest you to channel and spread the Divine Light to the whole world for at least seven minutes (www.lightchannels.com/channelling.html). And before you leave home for work (or for anything else), I suggest you to fill yourself with the Divine Light for a few minutes. Carry the Light with you throughout the day during all your interactions with people.
Carry Light alwaysThere are Divine energies in the Light. When we carry the Light, we also carry these energies. And when we meet people, the Divine energies in the Light activate the process of transformation in them.
Currently, the world is going through a process of transformation driven by the Pralaya energies released by Time (Pralaya in Sanskrit means, change or transformation, and not destruction as it is commonly understood).
If we carry the Light and meet people, the Divine energies intensify the process of transformation in them. This may evoke very positive emotions in them. But sometimes, you may be surprised to find that these energies also invoke not so positive emotions in others.
This happens because, the Pralaya energies in the Light bring out the true nature in others, whether they are good or not.
This is the function of the Pralaya energies—they bring out the darkness and cleanse them if we allow them. Such cleansing might lead to self-enquiry and make them think about their purpose in life and higher truths and goals. They begin to long for stillness, peace and the experience of God. They may begin manifesting Love.
So, when we carry Light, in addition to our own growth, we also initiate the process of Spiritual growth in others even without intending to do so. We need not consciously do anything because the Light knows and does everything.
You don’t even have to send the Light to the others; you just need to carry the Light. This is the difference between channelling Light and carrying Light.
You will be doing a great service to humanity just by carrying the Divine Light.

The Core Teachings of Light Masters

The Core Teachings
Someone once asked me, “What are the core teachings of the Light Masters (Rishis)?”
Guruji Krishnananda
Guruji Krishnananda
Their core teachings are, manifest love, manifest purity, manifest honesty and peace, and most importantly, manifest the life-force. There is abundant life-force around us, which we have to manifest in our day-to-day living.
The other main teachings are, meditate and positivise your emotions and thoughts. Live a balanced life between the material and the Spiritual. Be aware that we are entering the Light Age. During this transition, there will be a Shift in Consciousness. Certain events will occur; we have to face their effects. To go through these events, we can only prepare spiritually. Preparation at the physical level will not help.
The Light Masters exist in different worlds and they are ever ready to guide us and help us in every way. All of us have to establish contact with them. Each one of us is capable of doing so.
They also say that Light is our Source, Light is our means and Light is our goal. We must know all about Light and experience Light.
We have come down to this earth to experience the life here. After experiencing it sufficiently we have to go back to our Source, which is our Spiritual goal. We do reincarnate. We reincarnate to clear our Karmas that we have accumulated in the past.
We are all one. All the human beings on this earth are one. We are individually responsible for the welfare of everyone else. What affects others anywhere in the world will affect us somehow. We must experience Oneness and we have to feel responsible for the state of the world.

Renunciation

“Renunciation is a spiritual attitude rather than actual dispossession of things. Detachment is neither cutting off relationships nor throwing away comforts. It is being non-possessive, it is giving up all that comes in the way of our spiritual growth." Guruji Krishnananda
