Our world is currently going through a phase of transition. The transitory processes are in full swing. We can see these processes in surfacing of scams and revolts worldwide.
The conscience of the ordinary man has been stirred. And there is no going back. The changes that result from the transitory processes are permanent.

What is the role of us, the meditators during these times?
We are required to support these processes.

How to support them?
Very simple – meditate, positivise, reject all that is negative and channel Light. If you can do this, you will be participating in the greatest revolution the earth has ever seen.

In addition to following these, we have to help others do all this. We have to awaken and help others awaken to the present realities, awaken them to their true potential.
Spirituality is growing towards perfection. This includes helping others grow towards perfection. To be fully Spiritual, we also have to help others grow.
We have to share everything with others, whether it is material wealth, Spiritual wealth, energies, knowledge or hope. This is a Spiritual law. We have to manifest love, and help others manifest love.
We must realize that if we do not awaken and participate in the work, the world will not wait for us and we will miss the opportunity.
Channel Light for at least 7 minutes daily, from anywhere, at anytime. Heal yourself. Heal the World.

Guruji Krishnananda has always emphasized on balancing our Spiritual and Material life. Eventually, we have to Spiritually handle our Material life such that there is no line between the two. With pure goodwill towards humanity, a Light Channel asked if he could channel Light throughout the day. To this Guruji said –

“Yes, you can but do you have the time? Don’t you have a family? Don’t you have responsibilities? Don’t you have a job? Are you studying?
“It is a noble intent to channel Light throughout the day but if you have responsibilities, you cannot ignore them.
“Let us be very sensible; we cannot channel Light all the time. We can request the Light to flow through us all the time. The Light will be in the background.”

Finding fault with others

“Is it not right to tell people that they are wrong or dishonest?” Someone asked me.

When you find that someone is wrong, you can tell that person that he or she is wrong. While this may not be wrong, does it really help?

If the person takes it in the right spirit, then yes, it definitely helps. But some people may not like it. Most people do not like to be told that they are being dishonest, even if it is the truth. So, you have to be discreet.

Before we try to find fault in others, I suggest that we perfect ourselves first. That would be a wonderful thing.

Instead of telling them, “You are wrong”, send Light. The Light will do the best.

The Light will not only make the person aware of his shortcomings, It will also help him overcome the shortcomings in the best possible way, without judging or hurting.

So, imagine an ocean of Light above, fill yourself with that Light first, and then let the Light go out and fill that person. Do this without judgement and with great love.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness – Based on the teachings of Guruji Krishnananda

“What is forgiveness?” I have been asked this question many times. Another question that is asked is, “What is beyond forgiveness?”

Let us understand that forgiveness is not an act of kindness towards another person.

Forgiveness is an act of surrender. The unconditional acceptance and surrender releases us from the bondage of resentment and bitterness.

What is beyond forgiveness?

Beyond forgiveness and surrender there is total freedom. It is an irony that only when we surrender, we are truly free, and, only when we are free, we can surrender.

It is generally understood that when we surrender, we lose our freedom. It may seem like a contradiction but it is not so. Surrendering is not giving up our freewill; it is consciously aligning with the Divine Will in every situation. Contemplate on this.

Forgiveness and surrender lead to the experience of Oneness with the Divine. After forgiveness and surrender, there is only Love and Light.

To realise this, we have to actually practise it and see. Otherwise, all this will be just an intellectual understanding.

When you get hurt, try to forgive unconditionally. It is not easy. But if you succeed, you would have made a great stride in your Spiritual journey.

What is Maya..?

I have been asked the following question several times.

“What is Maya and why was it created?”

Maya is very commonly misunderstood as an illusion in a negative sense.

Without the faculty of Maya, we would see everything in Creation as Light because everything is fundamentally Light.
To be able to see the diversity of Creation and on this earth such as the hills, rivers, birds, the rainbows, etc., we need the faculty of Maya. Without it, it would be impossible to see and experience all the beauty that God has created for us. So, Maya is a gift.
But we must always remember that behind all this, there is Light, which is God Himself.

This world is temporary. The entire Creation is temporary. Someday it will not exist. Our bodies are also temporary.

Even as we experience and enjoy the Creation, we must be aware that it is temporary. Believing that it is permanent is the illusion.

But the temporary realities are also important. Just because they are temporary, we should not consider them to be less important. If you have fever now, it is a reality and you have to address it.

Every problem is a reality. This life is a reality. Every reality is important.

Understanding that all realities are important, whether temporary or permanent, and to be aware of the Light behind them always is being Spiritual.

Success

Someone asked me, “How do you define success?”

This is how I answered.

It depends on the individual. Some consider accumulating wealth or achieving other similar goal as the criteria for being successful in life.

For me, success is balancing both the material and the Spiritual.

For me, success is progressing spiritually in spite of obstacles, in spite of tests and confusion.

It is not easy to progress spiritually. If a person can do it living in this world, managing both these worlds, I think that person’s life is a successful life.

For me success is aligning with the Light, experiencing the Light and manifesting the Light.

Success is creating peace for ourselves and for this earth. We can create peace if we really want. For me, success is manifesting the life-force and manifesting humanness.

The Core Teachings of Light Masters

The Core Teachings 

Someone once asked me, “What are the core teachings of the Light Masters (Rishis)?”

Their core teachings are, manifest love, manifest purity, manifest honesty and peace, and most importantly, manifest the life-force. There is abundant life-force around us, which we have to manifest in our day-to-day living. 

The other main teachings are, meditate and positivise your emotions and thoughts. Live a balanced life between the material and the Spiritual. Be aware that we are entering the Light Age. During this transition, there will be a Shift in Consciousness. Certain events will occur; we have to face their effects. To go through these events, we can only prepare spiritually. Preparation at the physical level will not help.

 The Light Masters exist in different worlds and they are ever ready to guide us and help us in every way. All of us have to establish contact with them. Each one of us is capable of doing so.

 They also say that Light is our Source, Light is our means and Light is our goal. We must know all about Light and experience Light.

 We have come down to this earth to experience the life here. After experiencing it sufficiently we have to go back to our Source, which is our Spiritual goal. We do reincarnate. We reincarnate to clear our Karmas that we have accumulated in the past.

 We are all one. All the human beings on this earth are one. We are individually responsible for the welfare of everyone else. What affects others anywhere in the world will affect us somehow. We must experience Oneness and we have to feel responsible for the state of the world.

Preparing for 2012

One of the questions most frequently asked to Guruji was, “How to prepare for the events of 2012?” On one occasion, he answered as follows:

 “The Rishis (Light Masters) have given two very clear instructions about preparing for 2012. They may appear familiar but they are very important.

  “The Light Masters emphatically say that we must remove all negativity from our system. This is something we all are capable of doing. All that we need to do is, make up our mind. Once we do that, we can consciously remove all narrow-mindedness and all forms of negativity in us."

 “Their next instruction is to always carry Light in our system. By ‘always’, they mean all the time! Think that you are Light and live accordingly. It is not enough if we experience Light during Meditation and occasionally think of Light. We must carry Light all the time. Even when we are working, the Light will be in the background. It is definitely possible. Try to carry the Light when you are attending to your work."

“The Light Masters observe that the earth is eager to enter the New Age. The animals, birds and nature are all waiting for the New Age. But many people are not. It is very sad. All the new energies that are flooding the earth are easily received and absorbed by the earth, nature, animals and plants. But many people reject the energies! Many are not ready for the New Age". 

“At the end of 2012, we will not enter the New Age completely. But we enter a phase of the New Age. After studying the impact of entering this phase, the Light Masters will decide about the amount of time we require to enter the New Age fully. From now onwards, global transformation will go faster”.

Experience the Light in the inner core, within the system.

Connect to the greater core, God Himself.

Connect to everyone and everything, and experience Oneness. Oneness is experienced not only with the human beings but with all life animate and inanimate. It is only when we experience this kind of oneness, it is complete.

Receive Light and spread it.

Manifest Light. Be calm and contented. Accept the imperfections around us, in individuals and in the world. Be non-aggressive. Be good, simple and truthful. Celebrate life. Share the material abundance and also share the abundance of love, peace, knowledge.

Carry Light always. When we carry Light always, we will never behave like ordinary human beings. We behave like the citizens of the future Age, the Light Age. We behave like God Himself.

What is Presence

             Some people have asked me about the “Presence” that I have been talking about.  It is very simple.  I shall elaborate a bit. This whole Creation of galaxies, earths and life on all the  earths manifested from an ocean of consciousness.   The whole Creation is in the ocean of consciousness.  Consciousness is invisible to us.  But it is everywhere.  We call this the Presence.  This Consciousness has Intelligence, Energies and Knowledge about everything.  We have to just become silent or meditate and expand our awareness by willing.  Then we become aware of this Presence.  One has to practice this a number of times.

             We can talk to the Presence.  Not through words.  But through our thoughts, in the beginning. We can talk and listen to it.  This is a very important part; listening.  Practice, Patience and Love are essential.  Then, we enter into the Communion.  Anyone and everyone can do this.  We have not tried this: become aware of the Presence and communicate with it.

             One of the great truths that I came to know in my life is that there are other planes of existence beyond ours.  There are other earths.  People like us live there.  We can visit these earths astrally.   My Guru visited many earths when he was here and gave us a lot of details of life there.  I met great Rishis during my Astral travels and received a lot of knowledge from them.  But, if someone asks for logical explanations for certain phenomena,  I cannot do it.  I am aware that there are realities beyond which we can perceive but cannot prove.  If someone says I cannot accept what you speak of, I humbly say, like my Guru did,  “fine.  Do not accept”.   I believe we have to experience the truths directly to know what they are.

              People continue to ask about  Dec 2012.  I have been consistently saying, continue to live your life normally, as if nothing is going to happen.  But prepare spiritually to enter the New Age.  Preparing spiritually is becoming good, honest and peaceful. The changes that may occur are first Spiritual.   Then these may bring about changes in the physical world.  Those who are Spiritual need not worry.  There are people waiting to help.

Spiritual Experience - Expandedness

Guruji Krishnananda - A student asked me, “When we are expanded what should we feel?”

My answer is as follows.

 When you have the experience, you will know how you feel. Never approach such Spiritual experiences with a preconceived notion. If I tell you what to expect, then you will begin seeking that experience. And when you seek intensely, your mind will project the experience. You will be experiencing your mind’s projection instead of the real expansion.

Great artists bring out beauty not by seeking anything specific but by finding it through inspiration, which requires an open mind.

The area of Spiritual experiences is like an unknown territory. We just expand that’s all. We don’t know what we are going to experience. Each individual may experience something different. How can I say what you should feel?
